I don't have high blood pressure, in the sense that it is always fine when I measure it. But I should read up more on the thymus
Oiling nostrils and ears- yes, that certainly makes sense.
You don't think that when a craving is not psychological, it might be your body asking for what it is deficient in?
To me that makes sense. Today I ate some more cake - finished off what was left, and I strongly felt I was listening to a bodily need. I was not eating it for psychological reasons.
I am very new to all this so I am obviously not sure. I've been reading a bit on intuitive eating which sounds similar to what I am doing.
