That's good news that your bowels are not impaired. That's at least one issue out of the way. Don't worry about being very specific about your bodily functions, it is all worthwhile information.

I used Magnesium Malate this brand:

I use regular Epsom Salts (not food grade) from the pharmacy or supermarket. If food grade makes you feel more comfortable, please by all means do that.

The flushes are known to tax the adrenal glands (I have fatigue as well) that's why spacing flushes out responsibly is a good thing. In the long run, detoxing your body will help all systems work better including your adrenals; however the flush can be very tiring for your adrenals so just keep that in mind. I take B12 and this really helps my fatigue along with B5 and C.

I use the wheat bag on the day of the flush, prior to drinking the oil yes.
