Re: Brand New Cloth Textiles Loaded With Strongyloide Parasites!
Since I got my problem, I have not worn one thing or used one thing without first soaking it in hot water, washing detergent and a half a cup of sodium carbonate for no less than an hour.
Clothes, towels, sheets. anything. I also put any new shoes into the oven on low for fifteen minutes.
I squat over public toilet seats and wash my hands up to my wrists until they are bubbly.
I will do this for the rest of my life.
I will also never touch a dog or cat, unless it is mine.
I cannot believe it when I see people who go to Bali and let monkeys sit on their shoulders.. Ychhh!
I will also never lay in the grass again.
Has it made me paranoid? YES. And hopefully safe.
It's just a new way of living with new habits.
I also soak my fruits and veggies in dishwashing liquid and warm water for half an hour and then rinse it off well. I also cut off the ends of fruit like pears or apples before eating them. Because dirt and therefore
parasites could be stuck in those areas.
Sodium carbonate is washing soda, available in the laundry aisle. It softens water, it is also the product in Arm & hammer laundry powder.
It is what got the mites out of my clothes.
