to be honest...almost, everything now is toxic even organic fruit and veg is sprayed with pesticides- i try to eat things i can peel or wash with hot water 3x to remove pestitcides and film of msg and soak in Lugol's iodine)

commercial red meat and pork is cloned (if ur body craves- organic, free range grass fed red meat from a small farm is probably not cloned)...
- annoying girl- pls don't argue with me b/c i said this...just ignore if you don't want it to be true....

honestly, I eat pork once in a while and eat a burger once in while but notice that if i eat red meat or dairy my parasites come right back...but then again you can't starve yourself, listen to your body...people who don't eat meat (malnutritioned) end up looking the worst than meat eaters as they age (personal observation)...

I mostly eat organic free ranged chicken, oily fish, and shrimp...

I have curry once or twice a week-
chicken curry-
cut chicken in little pieces and saute in olive oil/grapeseed oil
add curry herb packet, add extra cayenne, add extra tumeric
blend- 3 heads of garlic, 2 red onions, 3/4 lb of ginger, 6 tomatoes and pour in at the last 2 mins of cooking- all these are semi cooked
and eat with a huge bunch of cilantro or cauliflower or broccoli or avocado

enemas clean 3% of your colon- a proper Colon Cleanse of Oxypowder , psyllium husk powder, terramin clay, DE, and charcoal for 2 years will 100% clean your colon - small and large intestine is 9X ur height- it takes time to clean it out... parasites eggs and parasites are embedded in the mucoid plaque so until its all removed then you will be very clean

the most important thing you can do for your health is drink oj with whole lemons including peel blended in- kills all parasites and removes toxins and drink 1 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil (like Braggs b/c most olive oil is not olive oil)- they olive oil coats your lungs so parasite and virus can not pass the lungs...and it is a daily liver cleanse and you will never wrinkle...
