ok, one more thing.

The ones who are on CZ doing the flushes, parasite herbs, etc. and they have auto immune diseases, like me, they are the ones who really suffer during this process above and beyond the normal suffering that occurs, and it seem very often like they are making themselves worse.

So, if you have an autoimmune disorder, take caution and know that you are embarking on what amounts to chemotherapy to get better, natural or no.

That is what I would tell my pre-flushing self if I could...
