Re: Lower back pain

I agree with you on dr L Wilson. I do take supplements because without them I crash. Especially the fatigue and Depression from the zinc deficiency / copper toxicity is debilitating.

I like the dr L Wilson page on pyroluria because he connects it so explicitly to copper toxicity (as he does with PMS). Making it clearer for me what is going on.

I also agree with you in that I don't think pyroluria is genetic. It does run in families but that's because life style runs in families. Also, copper is passed to the baby by the mother. So it just seems to have a genetic component. As autism does. I'm not convinced that autism has a genetic component either. I think the autism of my youngest sister is highly related to my mother being copper toxic and severely vitamin D deficient.

Can you explain why you like Zinc Monomethionine over picolinate? It does not give you nausea? http://fixyourgut.com/the-magic-bullet-supplement-for-stomach-issues-zinc-carnosine/

I have the zinc picolinate as powder so I can stir it through my smoothie. It dissolves in water very well. Much cheaper this way too.

The liposomal glutathione is very expensive. Since the "normal" glutathione is working for me, I'll stick to that for now. I'm also making sure I get all the building blocks for glutathione so my body can make more. I also take NAC.

Glad you like my site. I hope it will help some people get healthy quicker than I did.
