Lower back pain

Can bromine as when take Iodine get stuck to lower back even when stop taking Iodine ? I started taking iodoral and right now paused taking it becouse the pain in the lower back dont go away , i used all the Iodine co-nutrients and salt loading, my iodoral dose was 100-150mg/day. But another possibility i wonder is, as been also detoxing copper that does it also cause lower back pain, inflammation and swelling in the back tissues ?

Is it "normal " no have lower back pain if have bromine problem ? Any other remedy to help than salt ? I take also strong curcuma capsules to lower the inflammation but i feel it is allways bad .


I been doing now also all kinds of motion exercises to get the parts in the back moving , i think moving is itself helpful.


Can bromine cause so bad swelling & inflammation that there is actually risk of hurting the back even further as it dont work normally, i fear of hurting the back even more bad now as it feels like it is out of normal range.
