more meals on raw food
You are right about that Chris has 3 meals.
I believe, he eats cooked food in a significant percentage, though. Which was the case of Shelton, too. I would eat less if it was enough, but for me 3 meals on raw food, with lots of fruit and little fat is not enough. My BMI is 19 ever since I am an adult. I feel the true hunger in my stomach, head (as lightheaded-ness or slowed thinking) and all the way from the throat to the stomach. It is OK if I put on pound or two, eating with family (they cook a lot), ... so I can stay hungry until in a day or two I drop them off. I try not to yo-yo, though.
I give my kidneys and liver time to work on elimination between 20h and 8h in the morning.
Another thing is: mono-meals (on kind of fruit or vegetable) are much easier to digest, burn faster and put a lot less strain on the elimination. When I eat only bananas or only
Watermelon during a specific day, can we talk that I actually have just 1 meal, but spread out, since my stomach can't hold 5
pounds of
Watermelon at once? I believe so.
Furthermore there is barely what to eliminate with that food, except water as a solvent of various metabolites, which would be there even if I fasted.
Exhaustion may come from different deficiencies. I discovered CoQ10 supplementation helps; ideally the raw food should be a good quality and freshly gathered one. When it is not the case, I supplement.
