Exhausted even after 1 week of breaking a 2 day dry fast

Last weekend I did a 2 day dry fast, the first in my life. It was significantly exhausting but I feel it did me good, both spiritually and physically. I also lost some weight, although I do not know how much because I don't have a weight machine.

Prior to that, I'd done a 7 day Water Fast in June, and had been fasting once a week or sometimes twice in July and August. I am on a raw vegan diet since June.

It is now 7 days since I broke the fast and I still feel quite exhausted. Apart from exhaustion, my 'symptom', if I may call it that, is that I can feel my heart beating harder than usual whenever I do some work. The rest of the body too seems to lack energy. Going up the stairs is really tiring, but even getting out of bed in the morning causes a slight feeling of exhaustion.

Importantly, one of my major health issues is a mild pain around the heart which mainstream medicine has not been able to diagnose as an illness. During the dry fast and previous Water Fasts I always felt the pain become slightly more than usual, and intuitively, that felt like the body was working on detoxifying that area.

What I am a bit puzzled about is that this exhaustion clears away in a day or two after my weekend water fasts, if it is there at all, but in case of a dry fast it persists after a week. I know that 1 day on a dry fast is equal to 2 or 3 on a water fast, so my 2 day dry fast might equal 6 days of water fasting. That is the explanation I have for myself, although I am left wondering if there could be something else. I am puzzled also because I seemed to be doing much better in the middle of the week but on Friday this exhaustion came back, like it was on day 2 of the fast and day 1 of refeeding. I expected to get progressively better but I got better for 3-4 days and then worse again for the last 2-3 days.

At school I sit in a class of 10 people, half of who have a cold, so this might be my body battling the cold infection. This feels unlikely though, since I have no other symptoms.

I've been refeeding slowly - day 1 only water and juice, day 2 and 3 on fruit, day 4 and onward on fruit and raw vegetables, and a very small measure of sprouts.

This does not bother me a lot, I am just listening to my body and resting and eating when 'hungry'. But if any of you has thoughts on what could be causing this I would be grateful for the explanations or reflections. Thank you.
