drink, drink, drink!!!!!

When I did
The Master Cleanse I drank the drinks when ever I felt hungry, so some days I drank more of them then others and I still lost weight. In between my drinks I had water and hot tea, if you don't care for hot tea take a look as see all the flavors there are now, you don't even taste the tea taste they are really good and having a hot drink really makes a difference feeling full. I didn't like tea either until I tried some of the new flavors.
I stayed on the cleanse for 12 days, I lost 17 pounds. I am going to go on it again soon, need to lose more and I felt so much better after the cleanse, more energy mainly. My other suggestion is that if you are just dying for something to eat, do like the French women do and have 3 bites and then drink the lemonade. They claim that it only takes 3 bites to satisfy your taste buds and you will be happy. Don't do this every day just once in a while. I did this on Saturdays, I told myself all week that on Saturday I got to have 3 bites of one food I really really wanted, I ate 3 bites off my husbands plate(eating the 3 bites very slowly and enjoying each bite) and then I left the room with my lemonade drink, worked for me. I didn't feel deprived at all.
