Hunger, and more so regular eating habits are the hardest to deal with on the first few days. I found this especially so at regular eating times...such as 6:00 PM for me. Its good to have a distraction during these tough moments. If you can, go to a library and check out a book on fasting, or raw food diets, or natural medicine (something healthy and inline with the theories behind this cleanse) its very motivating to read this type of material when you are challenged. Also if you intend to lose a lot, switching to a raw food, or almost raw food diet after the cleanse could be very helpful. At least reading the material could be informative.
