This is a thread to support those who are cleansing, not to disprove methods of natural medicine. The naysayers are entitled to their opinions, but they should respect these people enough not to shove their opinion down their throats.

Many of us are choosing to take a more holistic approach towards a healthier, longer life. Some of us have tried diet and exercise, and that alone hasn't done diddly-squat. I can't say that I do or don't believe in mucoid plaque, because I have never passed it. I'm a bit skeptical of mucoid plaque myself, but I still believe in cleansing the body every once in a while. It helps to balance body, mind, and soul.

If you have an MD and you have personally conducted experiments and research, then maybe your words will have credibility. Until then, either be supportive or please stay off of this thread.
