Those are the symptoms of die-off. If your hearing is muffled then you are definitely going to need to take Antibiotics . Rotting parasites in enclosed areas such as the ear canals, sinuses and bladder can cause a lot if infection that the body struggles to clear away on it's own. Antibiotics are necessary to achieve this.

I am on my second 6 week round of Doxy that is sold as Aquarium treatment because when I started back on Albendazole I got the disgusting smell inside my nose again within two days. Nobody else can smell it, but I believe it is from die-off.
