This is what I would if it were me, and I am no doctor, but I have taken probably 150 doses of ivermectin in the last 2 years.

First, I would go to the farm/feed store and buy a tube of horse ivermectin paste for less than $10. Make sure it is just ivermectin, not a mix.

Then I would buy a bottle of castor oil. Walmart is $2 something, other stores are about $9.

Take some castor oil (I take with grapefruit juice) on an empty stomach. Even 1 teaspoon causes a good BM.

Then, again on an empty stomach or at least 4-5 hours after eating, take the ivermectin. Most take a dose equivalent to a horse's weight, ie, if you weigh 200 lbs, than take a dose for a horse that weighs 200 lbs. This is where I went wrong for all that time. This is not enough.

I experienced phenomenal results when I upped the dose. I weigh 130 and I took a dose for a 200 lb horse. This worked.

You need to do this at least 3 days in a row before taking a break of a couple of days. A break is not necessary, but you could.

To do this around or at the full moon would be even better.

It is really important to get it right or you could take 150 doses, too, with mediocre results.

Make sure the colon is somewhat empty. Make sure the stomach is somewhat empty. Do not eat soon after taking the med. Bedtime works best.
