Hello, my name is Cheryl, I saw your post about Iodine and the heat lamp and just had a few questions. I have had bird mites for over a year now and have been living out of hotel rooms for the majority of that time. I am doing the ICU protocol but have a few areas they just won't leave and your suggestions sound perfect. What kind of Iodine do I buy? What wattage and type of heat lamp, is it infrared? Thanks!
