They thought they had mites, too. I helped them figure it out and told them about ICU's protocol. Within 3 months after starting the protocol they were cured.

Their home was at the bottom of a hill in a very exclusive neighborhood. They even moved out for 6 months, but this didn't end it. They just infested the apartment they rented. They had a person spray their house weekly while they were gone. This didn't work either.

Read the link I sent you. The springtails are not surface insects. They are underground and come in on the water pipes, etc.

They had several big dehumidifiers for their big house. She said they got gallons and gallons of water out. The dehumidifiers were near the end of the fight. Her fear that they might return is ongoing.
