Start the protocol or wait for the Doxy??

Ok..So I have the Doxy on order, seems to be taking forever to get here...My dilemma is, do I wait until it gets here to start back up the ICU protocol? In the meantime, I have been taking Garlic Gels, and also Extra Hot Pepper Caps. I plan on taking those until the doxy arrives and then starting over on the protocol. I STILL don't have my hearing back, been almost 2 weeks since I stopped the protocol, so I'm thinking the hearing damage is permanent..maybe the dead parasites plugged up vessels and destroyed nerves. Anyway, wondering what people think, do I start the protocol without the Doxy then start taking it when it comes, or do I wait and start the protocol when the doxy arrives?
