Black specs in stool. I've seen them under my skin, looked like a small sliver. Those had a transparent shell with a smaller black thing inside. Very tiny. I've also urinated out some clear looking things, very small, maybe 3mm in length at the most, looked like the shell or skin of something. Sometimes very small black things will just "appear" on a finger or on my palm. I'm talking very very small. Maybe grain of sand small. I'd be so happy if it wasn't strongyloides. But along with all that go the symptoms everyone else has. Too many to list.
