In your position Bubby, I would go to the doctor and tell them you think you might have a sinus infection and ask for a course of Bactrim.

You could imply that you have had one before and Bactrim cleared it up.

Bactrim will deal with the dead parasites until the Doxy arrives.

If you do that, you could start the Protocol again.

If you are not willing to do this, then I suggest you wait until the Doxy arrives. If you start up again, your anxiety and the Herxing will be distressing for you.

You will need the anti-nausea meds and Benadryl ready to go.
