While hopis method spliting the Master-Cleanse with the parasite cleanse in the middle is well resoned, she leans towards doing multiple short fasts. I on the other hand on an untuitive/common sense level, strongly believe that longer continous fasting is needed to get some deep cleansing done at the cellular level.
