My pain wasn't constant all the time. It came and went sometimes for a month or 2 at a time but those pain periods were starting to get closer and closer together. To be honest I don't remember if I was going through one of the pain periods while on the MC. What I do know for sure is that after that first 40 day
Master-Cleanse my pain has not returned cept for the rare occasional begining of a slight twinge that is my indication to tighten up and fly right with my diet and do a liver flush.
In addition to the wrist pain I was also starting to go through pretty regular and reocurring bouts of right shoulder pain. Now that, I'm happy to say has left me completely and no twinge no nothing. Hasta la vista baybeh!! ;+D

Arthritis from the point of how it's affected by the
Master-Cleanse but I am of the mindset of seeing any ailments from the whole being health perpective and I can help but think that you will benefit from the MC. I you think you that your everyday living and working activities will allow you to go for 40 days then by all means go for it.
Originally I had started doing a 10 day juice fast and didn't even know about the MC. While doing the juice fast I was researching the internet and found Curezone and the MC. For whatever reason intuition ,whatevah I was immediately attracted to the
Master-Cleanse and switched over at day 5 of my juice fast. I also credit that 5 day juice fast as a serendipidous pre cleanse that let me breeze through the 40 dayer with nothing more than some slight headaches and the occassional lightheadness.
I started with a 2 week goal in mind but after 2 weeks I had so much energy that I continued on . I had so much energy that I had to add a daily 6 mile bike ride just to keep from climbing the walls. Everyday I would try and beat my previous days time and after that I started adding more miles in half mile incremements. I have one of those gizmos on my bike that does MPH, elapsed time, pedal stroke rate so I was really able to monitor my daily progress.
