That is simply not true. There is nowhere in the literature on the Master-Cleanse that it gives a blanket statement that just because anything is "herbal" it's OK to do it on the MC. There are all kindsa herbs that can cause very strong reactions and many that stimulate the digestive system that simply and obviously are not "OK" to do on the MC

Anything that you add to the Master-Cleanse that requires digestion which all herbs do will interfere with the Master-Cleanse that works by giving the digestive system a rest. Add to that that Clarkia contains alcohol I believe which the body will very likely treat as a poison on any fast.

You must have missed the thread down the page that Jasmine was responding to regarding the PC while on the MC. Besides the herbs and alcohol possibly interfeering with the MC you have a good possibility of introducing lots of toxins to your system from parasite die off and making yourself quite ill. Read the link below of Hopingsos experience where she almost passed out when she tried doing the parasite cleanse along with the MC. She also outlines a very well reasoned and thoughtout plan for alternating the PC with the MC.
