Stronglyoides and spider veins

Noticing spider veins and dark veins becoming more and more prominent in my arms and little in my legs as well, I heard this is because of strongyloides. My question is why do they cause your vein to bulge and appear all across your chest arms and legs? I only have ivermectin right now and won't get a round of abendazole for another week and a half, should I be worried? Tweet
