Now you need Antibiotics . Doxycycline or Augmentin.

So, take a break, get that online or from a doctor and go get anti-nausea meds over the counter. Stemetil. Give yourself a week on Antibiotics and then get back onto the protocol.

Keep taking the Antibiotics the whole time.

You need at least six weeks worth 100mgs once a day. Get eight weeks worth if you can.

Then start back on the regime with taking Stemetil every 4 - 5 hours.

You may have 3 or 4 episodes of Herxing. Just when You think it's over, it may come back. Dont be afraid. That is good. It is a wave of live ones being killed and rotting.

If you need mental health support, give in and go get some for now. You can come off it in six months when there is light at the end of the tunnel.
