I've been talking with my siter and told her to find me a new therapist by the time I will be back in Italy. This time I will follow the theraphy until I figure out how to overcome my moments of Depression without becoming a pale imitation of a human being...

Today I went out to buy a book and got all upset seeing guys of my age in their summer clothes enjoying the hot weather while I am hiding in my room with my blinds closed...

It is really time to make some serious changes and never go back to this state...The most difficult thing will be go through these first 2 weeks I guess...
