Re: 9 month update
Yep, I have been researching detoxing for the last 2 years. I have family and friends who could use the knowledge I possess, but giving it to them would be detrimental to them because they are not hardcore researchers like I am and you just can't jump into detoxing with a quick A, B, C list of what to do and follow that plan everyday like taking a vitamin pill. You gotta know what you are doing and MUST understand detoxing fully before embarking on any detox regimen.
I tell people to read certain books on detoxing FIRST then IF they do that I will help them along the way a little more, but in the end it ultimately takes a LOT of education on nutrition, supplements, detoxing etc to really know what you are doing.
I go to this (curezone) as well as other websites and I read where people are freaking out when they get some zits, rash or get "sick" and drop their detoxing program because they think it is bad for them. Those are the people who are excited about detoxing without putting the time to learn about it first.
I recommend a book by Bruce Fife N.D. "The Detox Book" for ANYONE who has no knowledge about detoxing and read it FIRST at a bare minimum then strengthen their immune system through a healthier diet then embark on a detox program.
With knowledge any and all medical problems ca be cleared up. Our bodies know how to heal themselves, we just need to give the them the correct "state" and raw materials to do so.
