we want focused discussion of Iodine and the more experience the better. plenty of disclaimers to tell people that any participation here is at your own damn risk. free exchange of ideas has a price. its worth every cent.

i will grant you, grizz has not listened well about being so aggressive. he takes it personal and he shouldnt imho. we have survived this long and are as intact as we are because of the vulcanels lead of keeping a low profile. there are a dozen books complete with citations just sitting here in this forum waiting for them to be mined. thats a hell of a legacy.
illusions of grandeur? when i first started Lugols it made me feel like a million bucks. i shared those illusions right here. they seemed pretty real to me. i found out Iodine makes everything work better so i recommend it as an adjunct to anyones program for any need, including vibrant life itself
