after two days.. my stools not that smelly..
i try to walk outside.. and wow! the weird sweat in the upper anus is more less or maybe gone.. (can't confirm it)
and no smell..
so im so happy for this HUGE PROGRESS..
i just really need to stick to determination.. not eat meats, even rice.. im not eating rice.. coz i know theres a Sugar content on it..
heres what i do
1.) i ONLY eat OATS
2.) i dont eat meats
3.) i dont eat foods that has Sugar content
4.) i do exercise (home exercise is fine)
5.) eating fruits (specially GRAPES)
6.) eating vegetables
7.) drinking probiotics
8.) drinking water (not alkaline)
9.) stay positive (stay away from stress, depress)
