try this out
eat only oats, coz oats have fiber to make you poo and clean inside of you..
dont eat meats, stay away from foods that has Sugar content..
drink probiotics, eat vegetables and fruits..
and also do some exercise to make you sweat so the toxics in your bodoy came off on your sweat
home work out is fine.. do this push ups, curl ups
