i was so desparate right now, ill do anything to be cured

so im ONLY eating oats, vegetable, fruit, and oat cookie (not chocolate flavor) and i drink probiotics, and lots of fresh water (not alkaline water)

now i feel the huge progress...

try it out and see the difference..
