Kitti..how ya doing?

Hope youre having a better day...omg today was HELL for me!! My neck pain died down but the headache has stayed and travels around eye to eye then the side of my head ..and I was sooooooo nauseous I thought a few times I was going to vomit but was able to control it. Then I had a third mini-movement today and was a bit better after that. OMG!!! Im passing some weird stuff? Parasites???!

Most of what I pass I cant see it just sinks to the bottom of the bowl ..I pass about 1/2 of mush best way I can explain it..but then this time there was stuff floating that I couldnt identify...

Hope I didnt gross ya out lol..just wondering if youre going through anything similar.

We came home from Target and I passed out on the bed for 2 hours hoping to get some relief...Ive had only 3 lemonades today..just dont feel like I can keep much more down besides that and water.

Im looking forward to my lax tea tonight and doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with ya in the morning ..I hope I can get a better flush going.

Day 5 is just around the corner..almost 1/4 of the way there. GO US! =)
