thanks pepe for the kudo's - it helps when the vets come in to give us newbies a high five - makes us know we are on the right track

i gotta tell you that i actually went out and bought some Sea Salt today, i am gonna give the swf a try tomorrow - i am just not satisfied that i am flushing the bad things out of my system like they should be.

i will let you all know if it's a success!!!
