I don't really post on this forum a lot, not sure if this is the correct way to respond. Try this if you haven't already. I've suffered from candida for awhile taking lots of different herbs etc orally which were supposed to help, but have been pretty minimal in actual effect. The problem is the effectiveness is lost when you ingest most of this stuff + the actual antifungal properties are lost by the time they get to your lower intestines etc. The most direct way is to introduce things almost directly into your bloodstream. I don't know about injecting yourself with garlic, but using garlic as a suppository has worked wonders for me. I tried it after reading the suggestion in my quest to kill parasites and like a light switch my brain was firing faster than it ever had. My thoughts were clear and linear and my Depression melted away. A lot of sites recommend you just put the whole clove inside, but this doesn't make much sense and would seem ineffective. The main chemical allicin is created when garlic is crushed so you have to literally grate the garlic and then put it in for the strongest effect. Now keep in mind... This really really burns (one of the reasons I didn't keep doing it which I regret) but the effect is amazing and worth the pain. Tweet
