Re: Systematic Candidiasis. If I don't find a cure, I don't want to live.

I had terrible bloating at one time...At first I thought it was sugar, then dairy, then gluten. I could never pin it down. I went on a mostly protein diet for awhile, read up on the SCD diet too, then mostly gluten-free. I was told I have IBS.

I have to be very careful with sugar. Also I always thought I had trouble digesting carbohydrates and now I find out I have insulin resistance..You are probably too young for insulin resistance, but maybe not. Young people get diabetes.

Cleansing and nutrition is what the body needs to heal. If I'm eating sugar, no matter what I do, I'm not gonna heal as Sugar is an immunosuppressive. Bloating is a sign you aren't digesting something. So I would focus on your gut, choosing wisely what you eat.

At the first sign of nausea, I stop eating and do a juice fast. Sugar makes my joints hurt too.
