This whole HMA/NB and AF is very confusing to me right now. It's almost as if I don't know what protocol to follow anymore - as I mentioned before, I'm a low four electrolyte pattern. So the NB practitioner wants me to drop all stimulants - even Vit C, and adrenal gland supplement. and focus on calming supplements that will fix my low NA/K ration which in their terms means low vitality/burnout. However, people usually classified under the low four pattern are very fatigued and I don't have fatigue anymore. just some other nasty symptoms. So reading that your energy levels are very low now on this program, worries me. Are you sure you are not "getting worse before you get better? Did you ask your NB practitioner if it's normal to crash as you are?

Either way, I've read here on this forum that quite a few people got stuck for as much as 12-24 months trying to bump up the low four electrolyte patterns and this seems very very slow slow. I wonder how reliable those hair tests are because if I am not feeling tired, I feel like I could jump right up to the detox. My sodiums level are very low btw I'm very dehydrated..potassium arealmost at ideal level though

and wouldn't beating adrenal fatigue by taking adrenal gland extract and making significant lifestyle/diet changes get the NA/K ratio to an ideal level...

With regards to copper toxicity, I too apparently have a hidden one...but I've talked to people that have the same symptoms as me and cured them by detoxing copper with NB. Pelvic pain apparently is part of copper toxicity. Do you have copper toxicity symptoms?

I'm pretty new at this, so my knowledge on this matter isn't the greatest. that's why I'm so confused.
