I know I've said this before, and here it is again.
Do all of the basics FIRST that have been PROVEN to cure many forms of sickly health.You can also do more of whatever you find. Do ALL of these.
1) Vitamin D3 10,000 IU daily geltabs
2) IodineLugols or iodoral at least 12mg a day with required co-supplements.
3) Eat a lot of fruits & veggies especially dark greens.
4) Boost your Nitric Oxide levels per the book, "No More Heart Disease"
5) Walk at least 15 minutes a day for exercise.
