Re: Blood Test Results - High Cholesterol, High Triglyceride and Low Testosterone
The magnesium citrate can contribute to SIBO too, need.a magnesium that is completely bound to an amino acid. Citrate is prime fungus food, and the same for mg once the citrate is metabolized/ mg is freed.
I chose mg taurate myself (douglas labs)- I had thrush and problems with malate, chloride and citrate forms.
Iosol is questionable- ammonium
Iodide in the ingredients list:
Glycerine (vegetarian), iodine, ammonium iodide, DI water
Fungal overgrowth overloads the system with ammonia besides your own body's production, iit's one of the fungal byproducts of Candida to help adapt the body environment to its' needs for an acidic environment. Potassium
Iodide is the flagship of the VWT team forum in
SSKI solution.
Niacin is very nice, but with a sluggish liver it can make symptoms worse. Without coenzymated b-complex, it worsened insomnia/restlessness for me. Full flush niacin is powerfully anti fungal, so it might be up your alley.
Iodine VWT recommended form is inositol hexanicotinate, 500mg (inositol bound with niacin), aka IP6- a powerful toxin-mopper-upper- and riboflavin to complete the ATP cycle.
K2 in MK4 form is also a favorite snack for gut buggers. Try and absorb it sublingually after a good brush and natron bicarb rinse of your mouth. I find the k2 drops to be a really good solution.
Look carefully at your NOW products- they're big fans of using rice flour, etc, as fillers, and there again you've got a potential gutbugger stew brewing.
Glad to help where I can :)
B-complexes are best 20-30 mins after zinc to retreats gutbugger parties
Favorite multi-b here is jarrow B-right, 1/2 capsule following 1/8 jarrow zinc after mealtimes.
