Blood Test Results - High Cholesterol, High Triglyceride and Low Testosterone

HI!

I am 40 year old male and new here... Today I received my blood test results and need some help with what I can do naturally. I have quite low Testosterone and very high Cholesterol and Triglycerides;

Testosterone Level
7.6 nmol/l
2.19 ng/ml
219 ng/dl

Cholesterol Level
8.8 mmol/l
339.7683397683398 mg/dL

Triglyceride
7.8 mmol/l
301.1583011583012 mg/dL

The Lab results had these comments also - Comments on Lab - This LDL has been measured directly. A calculated LDL level using the Friedewald equation was not valid for this sample as the triglyceride level was >4.5 mmol/L

I lift weights a lot, am muscular (Doctor asked if I was taking anabolics, which I am not) and I feel in good health. My dad has high cholesterol, so there is a genetic link.

I don't want to go on statin drugs if I can help it, but I need to do something.

Any comments would really be appreciated.
