Thanks also for the heads up on the Now Brand.. Jarrow is my favorite, so I might start staying clear of Now.

With the magnesium, are there any other options? I tend to order from Iherb.

Are there any other thoughts on what I am taking?

It looks like I need to up the dose of fish oil to around 4g a day. Krill oil is expensive, so I was thinking of taking the krill oil that I take now and adding in some plain fish oil.

With the Niacin, does it have to be full flush or can I go with flush free?

Not sure what to do about testosterone...
