Thanks again.
Thanks also for the heads up on the Now Brand.. Jarrow is my favorite, so I might start staying clear of Now.
Yeah, Jarrow's a delight :-)
With the magnesium, are there any other options? I tend to order from Iherb.

Epsom salt footbaths or a full-bath soak, epsom salts can be bought from any drug or health store (use fresh water rinse and olive oil rubdown on feet to avoid dry skin afterwards)
Dead sea salts have a high magnesium ratio, but also boron and potassium (boron helps retain magnesium and calcium)
Transdermal magnesium absorbtion is very high
Are there any other thoughts on what I am taking?
Take a look at the compendium, do a search on the word testosterone! ;) No, nothing other than make sure you're spacing out the supplements appropriately, try to make sure you're taking the minimum required dose rather than the max, and journal-journal :)
It looks like I need to up the dose of fish oil to around 4g a day. Krill oil is expensive, so I was thinking of taking the krill oil that I take now and adding in some plain fish oil.
Fish oil has the habit of getting rancid because there's no anasthaxin in it like in the krill oil. Might be a waste of money because the krill oil is that much more concentrated. Go for something balanced (http://www.iherb.com/Solgar-EFA-Omega-3-6-9-120-Softgels/13149#p=1&oos=1&disc=0&lc=en-US&w=efa&rc=1093&sr=null&ic=1 for example)
With the Niacin, does it have to be full flush or can I go with flush free?
Full-flush, twinlabs 500mg is best, start with spinkles from the capsules for titration, ~50 mg orally will start the flush process. Rub skin with olive oil for easy flush relief. flushing and sauna treatment is considered superior detox therapy
Not reccommended to go above 50mg without jarrow b-right (has niacin in it in full-flushing form to begin with) and Mg taurate or Mg threonate (also good form of Mg) to support it
Not sure what to do about testosterone...

Use the search bar, type testosterone~
Good place for pointers on all sorts of supplements and on diet. They have a yahoo group too.
Investigate butyrate ( http://thehomeschoolingdoctor.com/butyrate-series/ )
Together with boron (boron and n-butyric acid water) is a very effective anti-fungal (stops candida from going into hyphal form )
use the Dr. Jerry Tennant videos to help with understanding from top to bottom
