I usually sweat from the lower back when i need to go to the toilet, but i don't think it has anything to do with the smell. It's almost like water, it doesn't smell anything, it might be going near my groin area, but that doesn't seem to affect the smell. Although, i started sweating from that area when i started stressing a lot, and at the same time my fbo started appearing.
