I'm also doing the kegel exercise, running daily, cutting on Sugar and dairy products.

Also, piece of advice, flaxseed oil has a bit of a laxative effect, taking 2 to 3 softgels a day might be too much, one in the middle of the day seem to be enough to help with my digestive problem and reduce the stress of having to go to the toilet often !
