Thank you! Looks like we've came across the same articles and follow the same guidelines. I personally think we have an issue with our gut even tho i dont completely understand why stress triggers it. Ive decided to cut out all food that could inflame the gut such as sugar, dairy, and especially gluten. One thing ive noticed is that protein seems to trigger the smell as well. I did the two Liver Flushes within the last 3 weeks along with a bowel cleanse. First couple days after the Liver Flush i felt awful and i believe smell increased as well. However after those couple days passed I felt pretty good i believe the smell reduced dramatically although wasnt completely gone. I didnt get comments for few days after but I had lots of chicken during the weekend and i started to get comments again. I dont know whether its the protein itself or that its tough on my digestive system but it definitely triggers the smell ive noticed it before as well. I'll try to lessen the amount of chicken i eat but the only food left for me would be vegetables and its damn hard to survive on just them. Did it fo about a week but it takes a huge toll on your body as you feel tired and irritated all the time and eventually i gave in before i could tell if it actually did help. Just putting this out here for those who might benefit from my experience.
