Everyone has their own opinion on this and there are a lot of beneficial things you could do (vegan diet, colonic), but truthfully you can just go ahead and do the flush. That's what I did and it worked out well. I did change my diet and got colonics after I began the flushes. I never did parasite cleansing. My liver is now empty and I feel great.
