I am not waiting for approval by establishment I know they won't (ap)prove anything that really works.
As I said I was looking for the data really closely. I did Liver Flushes but anatomy, biochemistry and common sense are against the "data" presented by proponents.
About the books - those who sell books or supplements are not trustworthy because they have interests in sales.
There are books for/about everything but does that make the information in them true?
I believe that people may feel better after Liver Flushes - that is legitimate. But most of them say (including the book publishers and supplements sellers) that those formation you may find after flush are gallstones. Anatomically impossible and possibly dangerous for someone with Gallstones - stuck calcified Gallstones in bile duct is VERY painful and usually needs emergency surgery.
