Re: Strong pulsation/hard mass around belly button
I don't even know how to describe it, but it feels like multiple lumps and they are concentrated around the belly button area. I only figured this out because I went to an acupuncturist when my digestive issues were out of control.
I was tested mildly positive for H. pylori in December, and maybe that is the cause of it. The doctor wanted me to take triple threat to eradicate H. pylori, but I said no to that. I've been through two major surgeries along with
Antibiotics last year and the year before, so my body is in a messed up state. I've seen too many horror stories on triple threat to even consider trying the treatment.
I believe what it boils down to is I have some kind of issue in the gut due to low stomach acid. I tested this by trying PPI/Pepto Bismol (known for killing h. pylori, so I thought it wouldn't hurt to try). I used the combo for just one day, and that night, I suffered so much from heartburn and gas. This was a red flag that told me my stomach acid is very low.
Afterward, I tried betaine HCL to see at what dosage I would feel the warmth. Even after 6 pills, I did not feel any warmth in my stomach. I think whatever that's inside my gut neutralizes pH level, but I can't seem to figure out what it is.
My assumption is that H. pylori is not the root cause of all symptoms, but rather, a byproduct of what I have had originally. I think it's some sort of
parasite that is neutralizing stomach acid, which made a perfect environment for H. pylori to proliferate.
Given the fact that I travel often and drank lots of fountain water,
parasite seems very plausible. Is there any tests I can do to figure out what
parasite I have right now? I am sick of seeing conventional doctors...
