First thing to rule out is appendicitis. Whip worms and pin worms live in the cecum and will cause strange sensations in that area such as pulling or tugging and cramping knots. If there is nothing wrong with your appendix then take a good strong dose of pyrantel for a few days and see if anything comes out.
