I am very familiar with the history of the vulgate. It still does not change the fact the textus receptus, was used in the translation of the kjv. The only reason the KJV was ordered was to snuff out the geneva bible and the reformers. Which itself was based on the textus receptus. If you were talking about the wycliffe bible I could understand your assertions. But they do not apply to the kjv. It is critical to understand this, because the textus receptus was compiled by a humanist, not a catholic. While the vulgate was referenced, the original greek texts were the focus. using texts such as Codex Claromontanus,Codex Basilensis A. N. IV. 2, Codex Basiliensis A. N. IV. 1, Codex Basilensis A. N. IV. 4 , Minuscule (7,817,2814,2816) to name a few reference points.

Isaiah 45:7
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

and again:

Isaiah 5:20
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

In Isaiah 45:7 God is just telling the Babylonian exiles that he is soverign. That he created everything. This does not demonstrate an any way that the prophet was equating the babylonian empire to christ but to anti-christ. You are taking passage that are not related and interjecting preconceptions into them. 

As for 5:20  Evildoers can be so blinded in their moral judgment that their evaluations of good and evil are the exact opposite of God’s true perspective

Please elaborate further, scripture is clear we live here and are to give ceasers what is his. We are just travelers here.
