If you use one treatment at a time during several days, then you stop a few days, then you try another treatment during several days, then you stop a few days, etc..., you will be able to identify which treatment are efficient and which are not.

On the long term this will save you time and money. (and prevent to damage your body with unnecessary substances/phenomenons)
