Thank you. If you don't mind answering: Did you use it daily or take breaks? What caused you to fear side effects from the cream? Did you have any issues after you stopped?

Based on my experience, I would not be surprised if the Mirena was capable of that kind of damage. Many of my symptoms on the Mirena, and now after, overlap with those experienced in menopause. I just turned 30, and I'm not sure what to expect of my body's ability to recover.

I'm continuing my supplement routine and use of progesterone cream. I think I'm starting the PMS phase of my current cycle (2nd since removal). I started ballooning and the insomnia returned, so I've increased the amount/frequency of cream. The symptoms are still detectable but have reduced, which is nice. I'm just not a fan of all the guesswork with dosing. Or trying to guess what normal should feel like.
